i really haven't been following LV or phoenix.... however i do recall reading something recently that per the last quarter, the WEST was up in sales (last in, first out?) , and only recently this last reporting month, they were down.... what i wonder is if there is a pricing resistance level that has now been reached in the west ....(a traditionally high 'second home' environment) which has hit the demand side hard
