Yes, natural born Americans, not illegals, do those jobs here in Seattle.

Don't tell me that you have no immigrants from say Honduras and Salvador doing service jobs in Seattle.
Just like Alexandria, VA and other medium size cities around the USA the Latinos in places more distant from the Mexican border seem to come from further down South.


The Latinos that are here are not concentrated in one job or one industry. However, there are Latino migrant workers in Yakima, a farming community about 100 miles from here who pick the fruit. They are the ones who move up the coast picking the fruit as it matures and then back down again by fall.

As for whether they are from Mexico or Central or South America, I don't know. It depends on whoever goes first to a place and then they tell all their relatives and friends back home to come.
