PII ARDS results are out. Some soso results, some good results.

Oxygenation is improved with Surfaxin lavage. All cause 28 day mortality in the subgroup that has a 50% improvement in P/F ratio is lower than the control group(8% vs 14%) albeit this may not be statistically significant.
