That has very little connection to "Some say that if you're Muslim you can't be free." Accepting that comment as a possible strawman says nothing about intentionally misleading people about the Iraq war. Now Bush may have done that as well, but its hardly proven by this argument about his strawman statements, or by anything else I've seen.

Of course it does; it's intellectually dishonest and meant to deceive. He's lying about what the critics of the war are saying, then arguing against their faked position.

If it were some minor issue it might not piss me off so much, but he is send kids off to be killed by IED's. The weight of the issue demands complete honesty.
