I appreciate your credentials as I have a few myself.
Put your sword away, I am on your side. But being an executive myself in a very high profile retail industry, the basics of anwering the phone and emails promptly is critical for any company. PERIOD!

I wanted them to address that issue. I hope they will now that I made my voice heard to Gillian Christie.
An astute business person listens to all voices, and not just his herd. I trust the vision is big, but take care of the basics if you want to eat the elephant one bite at a time.
