LOL I picked up my 3rd ignore today for expressing my views on socialist government. My good opinions on investing mean nothing I suppose <g>

Actually I'd just like to at least be given the choice regarding healthcare. Right now I have no choice and must use the strained public system.

As far as public education goes I would say that the current system doesnt work either and it is also strained. Here's my idea.

Post secondary education should be subsidised for those that show that they will perform and make good use of it. In other words those who meet certain criteria should have assistance. Background and financial status should have nothing to do with it only strictly academic performance. Weed out the weak students who strain the system for those that deserve it.

And once you flunk out the first time around dont expect my tax $$ to pay for your ass the second time around <g>

Perhaps high school say past grade 10 should be handled the same way. Weed out the weak student that dont want to be there anyway. Starting with 3rd year in high school if your not making it the free ride ends and if you want to hang out in the smoking area you can pay for it or mom and dad can.

Hows that <g>
