Is this Halo Technology Holdings (WARP)? If so they recently acquired my favorite S/W company and got them at a hell of a bargain. (UNFY) I'm trying to start my DD on WARP and it's not easy. They have been in high gear for acquisitions so it's hard to measure them. However - if they have been getting the same bang for the buck as they did with Unify Corp. merger - They have a lot going for them and I'm on the bus. I'll be reading up on all of the acquisitions over the past year this weekend and I'll post my opinions here. On the surface iot seems they are trying to create a large software company and thereby reduce costs and greatly increase revenues. I'm all for that!!!!
