I agree with you JW. The Bush criminal enterprise is simple and brilliant - probably a Cheney/Runsfeld/Rove project. Direct public funds to private cronys. Pay for it with debt. Keep the public happy with tax cuts, ALSO funded with debt. The cronies will catch you on the back side, after you've left office, about the time the suckers realize they've been had.
