Age and wealth act on people different ways. I think Art is still young in mind and body with no desire to walk away from an emerging GREAT company. Art has many accomplishments and I do beleive he will be at the helm of the good ship SS UTEK for years to come. I do not seem him trying to sell the company but I do not think he could stop a hostile takeover. As for me, I learned my lesson and will be waiting for the true glory days. Both options and margins related to UTEK were responsible for my building up other segments of my portfolio over the years. UTEK has always provided me with "seed funds" to branch off in other avenues. The tree of UTEK bears many fruit for me so I will not cut it down at this juncture in my life. Personal to Art: if you read this, my granddaughter and I will be endebted to you for quite some time. Her quality of life is what it is greatly due to the quality and capability of your company. Andrew Vance Whoa-Just noticed that I snagged an X00 in the process. What a wonderful sign.<GGG>
