After the Iraqi troops were out of Kuwait it was the end of the UN mandate. When the Republican Guard was rolling home with no air cover our fighter planes turned the road into a slaughter house for 12 hours. Saddam gave up and agreed to the terms of surrender. End of the UN mandate and end of the War. To keep going would have meant that most of our allies would have quit and our Arab allies would have turned against us.

Saddam didn't live up to the terms of the surrender so thus started the last war. Bush 41 going all the way would have started a bigger insurgency problem larger than today.

Muslims and Christians don't think the same way. Muslims fight each other's sects but band together against Jews and Christians.
