Ms. DGH:

If I do nothing, my shares get exchanged for the $31 when the transaction is consummated, so it costs me nothing other than the cost of sitting on dead money. I only have 100 shares, and the $39 fee is $10 more than the e.Schwab cost of $29 that I paid to buy them in the first place. The tender offer was extended yet again today, so I continue to sit and wait it out.
