&#8362 David Pescod's Late Edition March 31, 2006

CRUDE OIL: $66.50 -0.65
Dave’s on stress leave still in Mexico, as he seems to
be the only one worried about huge inventories for
oil...The last time the American Inventory numbers were
this high, oil prices were closer to $18.00, then they went
to $60.00, but no one seems to be worried. So again, he
is the only one worried about it and that’s why he’s in
Mexico.

Today, oil drops significantly, because the Iranians
said that they will not use oil as a weapon in their nuclear
debate and some pipelines that were in trouble in Nigeria
suddenly aren’t in trouble today.
I guess you can count on one thing with the price of
oil these days and that’s volatility!
