This is where I am getting my numbers. The other category has been restated for the bonus movement. Page 4 of the Q4 release on the AMD website. As you will see, the other category is now restated to small numbers.

To your other question, I am expecting AMD revenue to push close to the $1.5B range in revenue, but only deliver $.43 in earnings. Mostly because of the increased depreciation for Fab 36 ($30 to $50M), ISO charges of $15M, and increased opex of roughly $30M. Incremental margin on sales, less interest charges, and reduced bonus amounts will help offset these increases.

Like you, I am having issues reconciling the Intel reduction in revenue to the total market numbers. Last year the market only reduced 2% q/q in processor revenue, if that was true again AMD would be up over $1.8B. I am not quite that deranged, so backed into a market revenue reduction of 9% and ended up with AMD doing a little over $1.5B.

We will see shortly. If this does not reconcile our understanding of the numbers, lets just forget it and move on to the next topic.

Thanks,

Cravey.
