Endeavour Mining is a great concept and COULD become a great vehicle for investment if they would only take a page from BDC Harris & Harris Group ("tiny") and disclose investee companies and details.

Management complains about the discount that EDV trades at to NAV. How could it ever trade at a premium if the details of the company's investments are not broken down by each and every investee company? Otherwise one is merely investing in a "black box." Perhaps they will come to realize this and begin complete disclosure.

It seems so strange that today a publicly traded merchant banking company would not disclose details of each of its investments. I am making this statement as a CPA familiar with the disclosure principles.

I own a better land bank than EDV and they disclose everything.

An Entrepreneurial Merchant Banking Company

Endeavour Mining Capital Corp. ("EDV") is a publicly traded mining merchant banking company. The Corporation, established in the Cayman Islands, has its shares listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. We provide finance to mining companies to fund their project development, strategic initiatives and growth. The Corporation offers investors a distinctly different way to invest in mining and precious metals.
