Mish I made a few friends watch the trademark captial guys in that show "flip this house" to see the sillyness of it all - well in that episode they actually did make almost 400K in less than 2 weeks flipping a house - my friends all of a sudden wanted to become real estate moguls! I told them watch the other show where they are sitting on a 1.5 million home with no buyers first. Mish I looked at your schedule learningannex.com - The Trump is not in any of the classes from what I see - but they do have russ whitney - he came to florida a lot the past few years (sigh). I see none of the seminars will be held in Fla - I wonder why - we have several of the top markets no? hehe learningannex.com It does seem the trump will be giving a short keynote speech - but none of the "devil in the details" classes listed in your schedule link. Reminds me of RILEY G here on silicon investor Member 3262349 He had magic abilities to see the future - he would see your money go POOF in his recommendations - HAHA! Anyways - we have such a world of technology now - they could just tape this program one time and give people a weblink to watch it all over the globe streamed from thier website - look at the billions in chindia that wont be able to pay to see the trump and make 1 million real estate. Uncle bigs does not understand why people watch CNBC or perhaps why serious real estate investors would pay to see this - he must have forget lots of us are bored and like to laugh and be entertained - and many of us will pay FAR MORE for entertainment and comedy than we will for education.
