Doug, and all. Just got off the phone with LUNN. They still have not heard from the SEC but expect to get the go ahead for the merger on Monday. Mike Dodge was correct in his reading of the filing. If TPG's earnings are short, LUNN shareholders get paid in extra newco shares
based on a formula. The more the shortfall, the more shares.

The merger will be completed before 10-31. The day after the the shareholder's meeting, date to be announced will be the effective date of the newco - "Advanced Technical Products"

TPG will most likely not be represented at the LUNN shareholder's meeting. I have learned that TPG has scored some major, heavy duty contracts both national and international in the last two weeks.
Unfortunatly for us LUNN shareholders, these contracts are not being announced to the general public and probably will not be until after the merger is completed.
