Duke: I do mean 7 3/4.. it may sag further due to the news. Hopefully, I'm wrong for the very near term and the 8 1/4 level it hit today will be as low as it will go. Better news coming on results and customer wins within the next 30 days, so it will be a transitory affect. The Compnay could speed up some positive news announcements to counter this lousy impact. I agree that it is 3 year history which is being recalled, but when you want to buy on dips and build a position, as I hope some funds may now be doing, this sort of thing is still a downer. Further, it this garbage didn't happen at all the stock would already be at about 15 or close to 2X. That's what makes it a buy at this level, since the legal stuff has no longer any impact on the Company. Even their once high legal bills have been reduced to close to zero. And they have no exposure to this indictment, except to provide some testimony at eventual trial in about a 1 year or so.
