Hello Maurice, I understand all the advantages of VoIP and I see the value of a Skype. I’ve used it, but I had to resort to my wire-line phone because of all the static and latency issues. I have a 1.6Mbps line and good uplink speed, but that didn’t seem help me. Will Skype drive out telecoms in the next 5 or 10 years – once we all have cheap broadband in our homes and apartments (given to us by telecoms)? Are you watching it because you want to see how strategies pivot around VoIP? Are there any related companies that I should look for as investments? ;-) By the way, I’ve read many wildly entertaining posts of yours. Best to you.
