Thanks Dave...I'm a shareholder of Amswa and don't know how this "spin-off" is going to effect me. For those following Manu they have reversed their downward spiral with a nearly 4 point gain. Maybe it is another indicator of DOW money coming into supply chain because of its promise over the next couple of years.
