That is a lot to read. I will have to come back to it.

"there is a high confidence that the recorded temperature data, both recent and ancient, is accurate for the studies involved."

Most people have a great deal of confidence in most everything they say. It does not make what they say true.

There is a great deal of statistical evidence that forty seven consecutive data points (ore even 146) are not a very good predictor for a multiple millennium trend. Forty years ago the emperor’s new cloths were worried about the ice age we were entering. Now the ice age cloths have been replaced with global heating.

The facts are these. There is scientific evidence showing there is global warming. There is scientific evidence that there is not. One side attacks and vilifies the other. The other side treats their peers with respect.

Most people who analyze the facts will tend to discount the rantings of shrill people. I look at it through the lens of one who lived through the dire warning of humans causing an ice wage. Now we have other dire warnings.

Nature is way more powerful than all of mankind. The global system has a way of fighting back and correcting the effects of even a giant meteor. It seems to have corrected the affects of both the Philippine and Washington volcanoes.

I am willing to examine information, but choose to do so with skepticism.
