It's possible for the NDX to make another high. The reason I don't favor it is because it hasn't while the other indices have... The longer run chart in E-Wave terms makes it hard for me to see those other indices making much higher highs (a little higher is possible). The daily trend in SPX is down: stockcharts.com The last two candles on the daily chart for the NASDAQ indices look a little bearish too: stockcharts.com So my very near term bias is negative too.
