Homeland Integrated Security Systems Completes Financials for FY 2005 by Posting Second Consecutive Profitable Year

ASHEVILLE, NC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 04/03/06 -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (OTC: HISC) announced today that its financials for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2005 are now complete, with the company showing two consecutive years of profitability. During 2005, the company increased its revenues by 67% over 2004, along with a 12% increase in profits to $553,595. The balance sheet shows that total assets increased from $1,422,609 on December 31, 2004 to $4,184,067 as of December 31, 2005, an increase of nearly 200%.
