To All:

I have been monitoring the thread, but have refrained from posting due to Naxos' policy of tightening up on information. Management has given me leave to post this once to clear up several issues.

Ledoux, after an initial familiarization/break-in period with the new process and equipment, is continuing to evaluate the Johnson methodology with Behre-Dolbear chain of custody material. We expect results in the not too distant future, but again let everyone be cognizant of the fact that Naxos has no desire to hurry the scientific process.

A proprietary process is one that the owners wish to have the technical details under their control, or under the control of those that they trust. A compromised proprietary process dilutes value for every shareholder.

I have been given permission to explain the Johnson process within these broad strokes:

In the past, all previous processes were attempts to "extract the precious metals from the dirt." Dr. Johnson after years of research came up with a different approach - "change the nature of the dirt so that the extraction of the precious metals will be made easier." Therefore, the essence of the Johnson process is that it changes the Franklin Lake dirt from a complex/refractory ore to a simple ore. Once it is in a simple state, then any number of standard assaying and recovery techniques can be used on the material. All assays done in the last news release were standard fire assays.

I thank everyone for their patience and understanding.

Regards,

Kim W.
