That's nice Mark. I'm sure Joan appreciates you manipulating her actions the way you manipulate most other facts in order to mislead people on this thread.

Adobe has absolutely no relevance to Wind River (except for the fact that most of their products run on VxWorks and Wind is probably reaping the extra royalties!). Even with the stock's nice performance during the last two months it is up less than 15% over the last couple of years. I don't need to remind you how Wind stock has performed over the same period do I?

btw, Microsoft has diluted their stock 30% over the last 5 years. Yet I don't think shareholders are complaining. Oracle is another software company that has done pretty well in the 90's. Their stock has been slightly diluted year after year and they even took on $300M in new debt this year. That's interesting. A mature software company with consistently high growth and high margins decided to take on new debt even though it already has more than sufficient cash to sustain current operations.
