Amy J, Never understood why the Dems are always against a program that gives women money in exchange for sterilization once they've had three or four children. It could simply be a pre-condition of receiving public assistance, no matter how many children the woman has. By applying for public assistance, the woman provided conclusinve evidence that she is unable to provide for the children she already has, not to mention additional children. Joe
