The weekly charts are what I like... they make the blip to mid teens in '03/'04 simply hints at what could be possible when the general public comes back to investing in VOIP and PON stocks.

CACS made a beautiful double bottom in 2002 and seems to have repeated this last year at $4.18 – $6.44 – $4.15.

Now it is just trying to get over the "^" in the "W" at $6.44 before it can really explode. Get above that and I think traders will be all over it and drive it much higher. Then Jim Cramer will talk about it on his show! smile

IMHO... yadda yadda....
