Change in Control - for a key (undisclosed) holding - wow, have to say that I am very surprised -document was filed last Friday, March 31st...filing on a Friday to escape the radar is par for the course....very, very interesting - I gotta believe that talks are now in the works...the question is what is the premium and what about Antitrust regs? The good news for us is that the P/S ratio is well under 1.50 and the larger firms have a higher p/s (not less than 2.50, so there s/b some serious room for a premium to be paid in a b/o.
