Robert,

I will agree on one thing, there is definitely a risk with KRY whether long or short.

But I definitely disagree with your reasoning with the risk/reward ratio. How can you say they are equal when if you short at say $6. and they lose the court case, it will probably drop to $2.-2.50 and then rebound slightly. So your are talking approx $4. But if they win they go up to $25-$30 (I feel $20 is too conservative). But let us use your $20 estimate, so it moves to $20 (and we are talking a $14 move at least). So would you like to explain to me how you came to the conclusion that the risk reward ratio is equal??

People may do what they wish and rationalize it all they want but the logic of shorting KRY (at these levels) does not make an incredible amount of sense imo.

And no Ole/49 no rose coloured glasses here, I have 20/16 vision (ggg)

Seriously BB makes a pretty sound presentation in his latest newsletter regarding KRY and why he feels that KRY has the stronger case. He clearly states that this is speculative but feels strongly that the risk/reward ratio is very attractive.

Regards
