It happened with the semiconductor manufacturing plants in '98.

It happened with the power generation sector in 2001.

I felt them both.

History books say that in happened with the railroads circa 1870.

Same with domestic crude production around 1932.

It happened with domestic natural gas drilling in 1981.

High prices attract increased production - across all sectors.
