Here is the long-awaited 'review' of what one of our members experienced when he visited TXP last month: pqlresearch.com Today the merger was effectively voted through by the shareholders, and we can expect the stock to split on a 1 for 10 basis on April 10th. According to the press release, the merger (name change) will be completed by the end of the month. biz.yahoo.com I currently own 37,500 shares at an average of .03, and have not been compensated by TXP to provide coverage of their stock.
