Remember shock and awe? We blew up the infrastructure. Water and power and lots of bridges and roads and buildings. That's why we need to rebuild Iraq. In Afghanistan they have had so much war in the last 30 years, it's hard to find a target that hasn't been hit yet. We did build a new highway though. Interesting that the new proposed pipeline goes right along that road. Now that's progress.
