Didn't the Europeans spend the past two years negotiating with the Iranians and get nowhere? Doesn't Blix realize that "negotiations" with Iran are a waste of time? Why should the rest of the world essentially pay them something to not develop a bomb? If the rest of the world doesn't want Iran to have a bomb, there is no need for negotiations other than warnings of what will happen to Iran if they proceed.
