Besides McDuffie, Fred Ikle left. He was apparently scared of the lawsuit and just quit without a reason. He use to be Chairman of the board, where he sucked off over $100,000 a year, mainly for chairing the annual meeting, where he refused to answer any of the shareholders questions.
