OT: I think you and several others here may be confusing your personal beliefs of right and wrong with the law, which SUPPOSEDLY represents the majority's views of right and wrong. This is a business transaction, with predefined rules of what happens under what circumstances. If the bank takes your home because you can't make the payments, are they "stealing" it? If you answered no then how can you say if I choose to stop making the payments and let the bank take the house I am stealing? Have always been fascinated by the concept of "right" and "wrong". It changes based on perspective.
