This truely boogles the mind! How can the VSE honestly tell a company such as SUM that it will not allow public trading to occur, YET, the brockerage firms in Canada who belong to these so called 'self-regulated orginizations' continue to trade SUM between themselves. For every short sale there is an equal purchase from an individual. Therefore there are brokers out there that are borrowing the stock and selling this product to thier clients! Or there are brokerage firms that are borrowing the stock and selling this product to OTHER brokerages. etc. etc. This to me is truely unethical and is in complete contradiction to our market based economy. I do not have a problem with people wanting to buy or sell this stock, but for an organization to halt a stock in an attempt to prevent mass trading is interfering in the natural course of the market economy to equalize the supply and demand. If the general investing public did not want this product, the price would reflect that. Above all else, only 18% of adult Canadians currently have any investments in stocks. This indicates that this is an intellectual or at least a research market, where effert must be used when investing. So thanks for the 'big brother' mentality VSE, but we don't need it. We are all aware of the axiom: "Buyer Beware".

I am truely excited by the shear effort that has had to be exerted by an investor to purchase this stock while it is not openly available on any market. When this stock goes public it is truely apparent that the public interest will definitely make this stock go ballistic.

To the moon alice!!!
