As you correctly, if unwittingly, pointed out, the current fuss about the CPE (First Job Contract) is a fallout of last November's ghetto riots when France was set ablaze following the killing of two immigrant youths.... Overall unemployment for French youth under 25 is steady at 20-25% but it dramatically jumps at 50-60% for the bougnoules (nonwhites). And that's precisely what the CPE contrivance was supposed to remedy. Indeed, a overwhelming majority of first-time jobseekers, regardless of their race, get their first job through a temp staffing agency. Most of the time, all they get as a first assignment is a 1/2/3-month "mission" with no "rollover" agreement.


So what you are saying is that the first time job seekers who are white......worry that the playing field will become more level but in truth, the non white job seekers are screwed no matter what law is in place. Do I have it right?
