I do agree with that, Josh. But too many people don't see the seriousness of the Iran or North Korea situations, any more than they did/do see the seriousness of why we went into Iraq.

I've yet to see a single person who was serious about knowing what the situation really is who has read the 1999 US House Report on North Korea, for instance. I've referred to the report many times (check google for that report)...It was done by a mostly Republican sub committee, and reported to the entire House...it reported on the previous 5 years, and made observations as to the next five years. There are many references, and graphs and of course, many mentions of Iraq, Iran, Syria, etc.....
