The advantage of getting MM's to file form 211 with NASD is that they don't need audited financials. They can do this relatively easily. Most of the info is available on pinksheets.com and from the NASD.

I'm sure Dexter has spoken with MM's and has a pretty good idea on this.

The new tiered system recently outlined by pinksheets.com may be something to explore.

OTC BB is good, but you have to figure a lot more expenses with audited statements and Sorbanes Oxley requirements. Some say this can be as much as a million bucks but I think that's BS and used as an excuse. Nevertheless, auditors do tend to take advantage of a seller's market for their services so looking around for second tier auditors can save a lot of money.

In any event, I'd just as soon see them get MM's supporting them on pinks. Build the business. Save some money for now.
