Have you ever seen a real scam issue a meaningful stock dividend? Me either. Have you ever seen a real scam build $1Millon labs? Me either. Have you ever seen a scam hire a world class CEO? Me either. If it is a scam they are doing all the things that they shouldn't do. Soliciting contracts with foreign governments worth $Billions isn't normal for a hit and run scam. I speculated that SSTY would use a reverse merger with a OTC BB shell some time ago. Each day that elaspes without a return to the Pinks makes that more likely IMO. Possibly a fixed merger split would be used to reduce the Issued and outstanding and meet the criteria for listing. Just speculation on my part though. Your thoughts?
