The secondary was filed with EDGAR on Sept. 18. It is entirely made up of people from the company JPMX acquired. No shares from JPMX people. This is out of the way so there's not much to hold the stock back. Things should be picking up in Sept or later this year so I think this stock is basing out and almost ready to go. Bought some today so I'm happy. Karl
