I agree that a new management team will probably bring a different philosophy, and skill base. Very early on in this company's history, the promo emphasized sound management, fiscal responsibility, etc. etc. AND the intention to create steady dividend income in due course.
Of course, Ed, a little capital gain won't hurt, but as a long term investor, I am looking forward to steady dividend income at some point. But if I can't have the dividend income, a solid 5 or 6 bagger will do just fine. I'd probably reinvest some of the cashflow myself given that opportunity, but I think that given the early promo and dividend talk, which attracted like-minded investors, paying SOMETHING of a dividend might be good politics - and business.
