Hi Buzz, Personally, I like the info you post each day. It makes the thread interesting to read as we "watch the paint dry." I don't know where you get your info from on the buys and sells, or how accurate they are, but I for one don't mind reading it. Scott and the Mailman seem very fixed on this conversion. As I posted earlier, and no one gave me any response, there's no way the prefs. can convert everything in a short period of time without any buyers. They need upward momentum and volume to make money, which is currently lacking. They could have been converting since January, but choose to wait. Meanwhile the stock dropped over 50%. Now they have a 69.625% discount and they added another million shares. They can't dilute the company too quickly without real buyers or the whole thing may colapse. As for when they have to file and how quickly they can convert; it's not going to take a rocket scientist to figure out from the volume and share price what's going on. This is a done deal now we have to live with it or get out. The rollout and how it's received is what matters now. Hopefully, with the rollout and advertizing we'll see more buyers.
