Still trying to find someplace in this country that is close to 70 and sunny for much of the year, hurricane free and not so expensive yet. There has got to be some moderate Mediterranean type climate out there somewhere. Some spots in the Carolina Piedmont right at the foothills aren't bad. Neither is Albuquerque..
