Look bush goofed off in alabama while in the reserves but he did serve and he did learn to fly and he could have been called. The fact that soldiers take R&R or in bushes case some easy time is not a surprise. Cheney and I didnt serve so we may need to be a little careful with what we say. And make no mistake dick and I did dodge the draft. We did what was legal back then, but dodge is what it is in the end.
