I must have missed that one. What did Bush 41 do that "goaded" Saddam into Kuwait? Are you suggesting that Glaspie was somehow "goading" Saddam when she was
meeting with Saddam?

Bush43 was clearly influenced by something other then oil when he held his first cabinet meetings and focused on Saddam and later blew up on Saddam in front of the couple of senators who were meeting at the WH and also later mentioned Saddam's so called effort to kill his dad.
