added a little position in NVR. a mite bit larger than i should be but my biggest positions are KBH and WCI and i feel pretty good about them. i liked the TSCM bit about the homebuilders. historically p/e between 5 and 10, are we closer to the top of the cycle or the bottom? KBH "Grand Openings" site: kbhome.com quite a few in bubbleland. i know the apollo beach area for one is awash in new housing. same is true for clearwater, bradenton, kissimmee, phoenix and of course vegas. don't really know much about CA.
