while RUT has been making all-time highs for long time now. That's exactly the point, first time it hasn't lead. But everything is on its own cycle, was only a fodder for discussion, I think it means little for our trading purposes. On another note, the SPX in 2006 has been as clean as it gets vis-a-vis classic TA and e-wave. Early Jan rally to 1295, 3 wave pullback, move back up to 1295, pullback, breakout above 1295, backtest 1295 and now up she goes. Great place to be long.
