Your mistake is that you back a long-discredited war plan and keep trying to support disproven lies of Bush and Cheney's about Saddam's supposed connections to 9-11 and massive WMD stockpiles. I don't demand perfection from a commander in chief, but I do demand basic efficiency and honestly, and there is none to be found in thie White House, nor in Rumsfield's camp.

I have also heard Sean Hannity lie about the supposed Al Qaida-WMD claims, but even the highly partisan Bush White House spin room won't touch those baseless claims with a ten foot pole, because if they did they'd be caught in yet another embarrassing lie. If those claims were true, however, Bush-Cheney would be dancing in the street with joy. Their bogus pre-war claims are probably responsible for 5% of their downfall in the polls.

I am heartbroken about our 135,000 troops being put into this situation. And for what? To what end? And why are we becoming less safe not more safe the longer we stay?

I am also very concerned that our military strength is being sapped and that our already collosal Bush deficits are geting bigger and bigger with no end in sight. meanwhile Exxon and Halliburton are cleaning up.
