btw... was just watching a round table discussion on the issue on cnbc, and my point is as an employer, if ALL i am going to assigned is a $250/per employee 'penalty' for not providing coverage, i'm all for it... right now i spend about $500/month per employee... big incentive for me to drop coverage <gg>
