I see people as anarchists when they believe that slapping or punching policeis a comical situation.

I also consider your reference to Mayor Daley stupid. That was over 40 years ago and he was no more than the thug partner of Hoffa and Sam Giaconna. You seem to love the quote, although your reference to slapping cops on a security detail as being laughable is just as stupid as any remark Daley made.
